Coming on to be heard and there came John B.
Allen, Alex Avera Geo Chamberlain, W.B. Hart
G.H. Tison, T.J. May, who were well and truly
sworn to try the issue joined and thereafter
after hearing a part of the evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until Ten
Oclock Tomorrow morning =

Tuesday May 10th 1881 -
The Court met pursuant to adjournment his
Honor James B. Dawkins Judge presiding =

vs } appeal from J.P. Court
J. Simonson } Turner & Gardner
} And now the hearing of this
Cause is resumed and the Jury to wit: John B.
Allen, Alex Avera, Geo Chamberlin, W.B. Hart
G.H. Tison T.J. May being now in open Court
and thereafter after hearing the balance of
the Evidence the argument of Counsel and
the charge of the Court retired to consider
of their verdict and thereafter on the same
day returned into open Court and Rendered
the following verdict to wit:
R.L. Willson }
vs } appeal from J.P. Court
J. Simonson } We the Jury find for the Plain-
tiff and assess the Damages at Thirty nine
dollars and fifty Cents
May 10th 1881 } Thos J. May
} Foreclosure
Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged
that the Plaintiff R.L. Willson do have and recover
of and from the defendant J. Simonson the
Sum of Thirty nine dollars and fifty Cents together
with his costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Seventy Six dollars and Twelve Cents and the
Defendant in Mercy &c

For and in consideration of the full payment of this
Judgment I hereby Cancel and discharge the
Same this July 13th 1887.
