Spring Term  A.D. 1888
    Thursday June 28th 1888
The Court met this day pursuant to adjourn
ment of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding

Whereupon the Court issued the following
order to wit:
             It appearing to the Court that
there is a necessity for a Pettit Jury for the 3rd
week of this the Spring Term A.D. 1888 It is
ordered that the County Judge and the Sheriff
of Alachua County and the Clerk of this Court
do now draw from the box Containing the names
of the 300 Selected Juror the names of
18 persons to Serve as Petit Jurors for the 3rd
week of this term

Frank Palmer and Ella Palmer }  W.H. Hampton &
                             }  Thos F. King
                              And now the
parties plaintiffs and defendants in this
Cause being in open Court as likewise the
Jury who had been duly Sworn and em-
paneled in this Cause on yesterday to wit:
W.E. Richardson, S.J. Wright, Robert Kite
H.C. Parker  John Dyess and J.T. Richard 
the hearing of this Cause was resumed -
and the Jury aforesaid after hearing the
balance of the testimony and a part of the
argument.

Whereupon the Court adjourned until to-
morrow morning at Nine oclock -
