Albert Clark and now the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came, A.J. Weeks
W.P. Maynard, D.M. Phifer C.C. Worley, A.J. Tinsley
W.E. Richardson who were duly sworn and
empanelled to well and truly try the issues
joined
State of Florida } Wigg

Edward Collier .E. } Weapon
} And now on this day
this Cause came on to be heard William
H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the
name and by the authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
his own proper person and now the prisoner
being demanded arraigned Saith that he
is guilty as the Indictment alleges -
Whereupon the
Court Sentenced the Prisoner
Edward Collier to Confinement in the County
Jail at hard Labor for the space of one
month -

John W. McRae} dismissed at the Costs
of the Plaintiff
Whereupon the Court adjourned until to
morrow morning at nine oclock
