The Court met this day pursuant to
adjournment of yesterday His Honor J.J.
Finley Judge presiding

And now the parties
plaintiff being in open Court by their
respective attorneys as likewise the Jury
who had been duly Sworn and empanelled
herein on yesterday to wit A.J. Weeks W.P.
Maynard, D.M. Phifer, C.C. Worley A.J. Trusley
and W.E. Richardson the hearing of this Cause
was resumed and the Jury aforesaid thereafter
after hearing the Evidence the argument of
Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
to Consider of their verdict and thereafter
on the Same day returned into open
Court and rendered the following verdict
to wit: In the Circuit Court Fifth Judicial
Circuit of Florida Alachua
County in Adjourned Spring

Jane Clark } We the Jury find from the
evidence that the defendant
is guilty as alleged in the plffs declaration
and that the plff is entitled to the possession
of the land mentioned in the declaration to wit:
the North half of Lot Two (2) in Section one
Township Eight South Range Nineteen East Con-
taining Forty acres more or less

Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
is entitled to the possession of the following
described lands sued for herein to wit: The
North half of Lot Two (2) in Section one (1)
Township Eight (8) South Range Nineteen (19)
East Containing Forty acres more or less and
that the Plaintiff do have his writ of
Habere Facias Possesionum and that
