                             Foreman of the Grand Jury
                           State Witnesses
                           Sam Liggins  John Chesnut
                           William H. Wigg
                                 State attorney -
       State of Florida }  Wigg
# 29           vs       }   Forgery
       William Robinson }
                           And now on this day this
       cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg
       State attorney prosecuting in the name and
       by the authority of the state of Florida and
       the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
       proper person and being forthwith demanded
       how he would acquit himself of the Charge
       against him saith that he is guilty as
       the Indictment alleges against him

       State of Florida  }
              vs         }  Sentence
       William Robinson  }
                           And now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded
       if he had anything to say why Sentence
       should no be passed upon him saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
       to confinement in the States prison at hard
       labor for the space of Three years -

       Abram Bell otherwise}  Geo J. Arnow
       known as Dick Bell  }  And now on this day this
       Cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg
       State attorney prosecuting in the name and by
       the authority of the State of Florida and the
       prisoner appearing in open Court in his own
       proper person as well as by his attorney Geo J,
       Arnow and the prisoner being forthwith demanded
       how he would acquit himself of the Charge
       against him saith that he is not guilty
