rendered to the Supreme Court of the State of
Florida to be held at the City of Tallahassee
on the 14th day of June A.D. 1881

Whereupon the Court issued the following
order to wit
          In the Circuit Court of Florida 5th
Judicial Circuit in & for Alachua County
T.E. Taylor        }
        vs         }  assumpsit
M.S. Perry         }  Damages
S.J. Perry &       }
M.P. Perry         }  This Cause coming on to be
heard - and the plaintiff by his Counsel moving
the Court for an order transferring said Cause
to the United States Circuit Court for the
Northern district of Florida 5th Circuit and the
said plaintiff having filed his Petition setting
forth the grounds upon which he prays the re-
moval of said Cause as aforesaid together with
the Bond required in such cases It is therefore
considered ordered and adjudged that said Cause
be and the same is hereby transferred to the
United States Circuit Court for the Northern
District of Florida Fifth Circuit and that the
Clerk of this Court do at once forward a Certified
Transcript of the records and proceedings of
said cause to the Clerk of the said United
States Circuit Court for the Northern District
of Florida 5th Circuit at Jacksonville Florida
as the law directs.
