William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner Turner Gray
being in open Court in his own proper person as
well as by his attorneys as likewise the Jurors
who had been accepted in this cause on
yesterday to wit: Samuel Mixson, F.D. Vaughn
and S.T. Kirtland, the hearing of this Cause
was resumed and there came the Jury
