And now the Grand Jury having Completed their Labors
present to the Court their General Presentment which
was read. Whereupon the Grand Jury was discharged
from further attendance in the Court -

Turner Gray } S.Y. Finley & J.C. Gardner -
} And now on this day William
H. Wigg State Attorney prosecuting in the
name and by authority of the State of Florida -
and the Prisoner being in open Court in his
own proper person as well as by his attorneys S.Y.
Finley and J.C. Gardner as like wise the Jury
who had been duly Sworn and empanelled in this
Cause on yesterday to wit: Saml Mixson
F.D. Vaughn, S.T. Kirtland - W.W. Cameron - C.M.
Weeks, J.E. Mathews, W.A. Snowden Wm Hudson
M.G. McCarroll, W.M. Bradford A.B. Nobles
and J. Acree being in open Court the hearing of
this Cause was resumed and the Jury aforesaid
after hearing a part of the evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until to-
morrow morning at half past eight oclock
