And now on this day
William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the
State of Florida and the prisoner Turner Gray
being in open Court in his own proper person
as well as by his attorneys S.Y. Finley and J.C. Gardner
as likewise the the Jury who had been duly
Sworn and empanelled in this Cause on the
10th inst being in open Court to wit: Samuel
Mixson, F.D. Vaughn - S.T. Kirtland, W.W. Cannon
C.M. Weeks J.E. Mathews W.A. Snowden - Wm
Hudson, M.G. McCarroll, W.M. Bradford A.B.
Nobles and J. Acree - the hearing of this cause
was resumed and the Jury aforesaid after
hearing another part of the evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until half past
