} And now on this day
this cause came on to be heard and the parties
plaintiff and defendant being in open Court by
their respective attorneys and now Comes the Defend-
ant by his attorneys and withdraws his plea filed
herein, Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that
the Clerk do assess the damages - Whereupon
the Clerk having assessed the damages at
Three hundred and Seventy Four 82/100 ($374 82/100) dollars
It is ordered considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of and
from the Defendant the Sum of Three hundred
and Seventy Four 82/100 ($374 82/100) Dollars for their
damages together with their Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Four dollars
and 31 cents
Whereupon
The Court issued the following order
to wit: It appearing to the Court that there is
a necessity for a Petit Jury for the 5th week of
this term of the Court it is ordered that the Court
Judge and the Sheriff of Alachua County
and the Clerk of this Court do draw according to law
from the box Containing the list of three hundred
Selected Jurors the names of Eighteen persons to
Serve as Pettit Jurors for the 5th Week of this term
and that the Clerk of this Court is ordered to
issue a venire Facias directed to the Sheriff of
Alachua County commanding him to Summon
the said so drawn Eighteen persons said writ of
Venire to be returnable to Monday the 23rd day
of July A.D. 1888 at the hour of ten oclock
of the forenoon of said day. Done in open
