Whereupon
Now Comes J.C. Gardner County Judge
and James B. Cullen Deputy Sheriff and
J.A. Carlisle and in open Court drew from
the box containing the list of three Hundred
Selected Jurors the following Eighteen named -
to wit J.E. Lindsey Thos R. Kennedy P.F. Wilson
W.S. Moore - E.T. Henderson A.W. Leighton Andrew
Palmer Harry D. Rowbotham, Geo W. Kelley
E.D. Thomas - R.F. Fleming E.D. Phifer, E.B. Lewis
J.M. Shaw J.M. Nevins E.M. Clark H. Levy
R.J. Beckham -
Whereupon comes the Clerk of the Court
and issues the Venire Facias as by the order
of the Court
Whereupon the Court adjourned until Monday
the 23rd day of July A.D. 1888 at the time
of Ten Oclock A.M.

The Court met this day pursuant to ad-
journment of the 14th instant his Honor J.
J. Finley Judge presiding
And now Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
Alachua County and returns the Venire Facias
for this the 5th week of this term as having
been duly executed by Serving J.E. Lindsey
Thos R. Kennedy, P.F. Wilson A.W. Leighton, Geo W.
Kelley, E.D. Thomas, E.D. Phifer, J.M. Shaw, J.M.
Nevins E.M. Clark and R.J. Beckham and that
W.S. Moore E.T. Henderson Andrew Palmer, Harry
D. Rowbotham, R.F. Fleming, E.B. Lewis and
H. Levy were not to be found in the County
Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown
excused J.E. Lindsey and P.F. Wilson from
further attendance on the Court
