       Hart Johnson     }  And now this Cause is con-
       tinued as to Hart Johnson and the defendant
       Hart Johnsons bond is fixed at $25000 to be
       approved of by the Clerk of this Court -

       Spencer King     }  on and about his person
                            And now on this day this
       Cause Came on to be heard William H. Wigg
       State attorney prosecuting in the name and
       by the authority of the State of Florida and
       the prisoner appearing in open Court in his
       proper person was demanded how he would
       acquit himself of the Charge against
       him saith that he is guilty as the Indict-
       ment alleges against him.
       Whereupon
               the Court sentenced the prisoner
       Spencer King to confinement in the County
       Jail at Hard labor for the space of Two
       months the sentence to take effect after
       the expiration of a former sentence of the
       Court in case No 52 -

                         And now the defendant being
       thrice called failed to answer or appear Whereupon
       his sureties were Called and required to bring the
       body of John Forster into Court as they had
       obligated to do - and now the Defendants bond
       is estreated and Scire Facias ordered to issue
       to the Defendants and his sureties returnable to the next
       term of this Court -
