States attorney a Nol Pros is entered as to
Sherman Fair and a Severance ordered as
to Sam Cunningham and Robert Perkins

} And now this Cause came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner who
had this day been arraigned being in open Court
in his proper persona as well as by his attorneys
Whereupon a Jury was called and there came
A.W. Leighton, E.D. Thomas J.M. Shaw, J.M. Nevis
E.M. Clark and now the venire being exhausted there
came from the bystanders J.H. Jarvis who were duly
sworn and empanelled to well and truly try and
true delivery make between the State of Florida
and the prisoner at the bar according to the evidence
and thereafter after hearing the evidence the argument
of Counsel and the Charge of the Court retired
to Consider of their Verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court and
rendered the following verdict to wit: We the
Jury find the defendant guilty So say we all

Whereupon the prisoner was remanded to Jail
