       himself of the Charge against him saith that
       he is guilty as the Indictment alleges against
       him
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
       to confinement in the County Jail at hard
       labor for the space of Two months

                           And now on this day this Cause
       came on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority of
       the state of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
       open Court in his proper person was demanded
       how he would acquit himself of the Charge
       against him saith that he is not guilty as
       the Indictment alleges against him
