                         And now on this day this Cause
     came on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
     prosecuting in the name and by the authority
     of the State of Florida and the prisoner being in
     open Court in her proper person as well as by
     her attorneys was demanded how she would
     acquit herself of the Charge against her
     Saith that she is not guilty as the Indictment
     alleges against her

     Jim Sikes           }  and about his person
                            And now on this day this Cause
     came on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
     prosecuting in the name and by the authority
     of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
     in open Court in his proper person was demanded
     how he would acquit himself of the Charge
     against him saith that he is not guilty as the
     Indictment alleges against him

     the State and Defendants bond fixed at $25000 to be
     approved of by the Clerk of this Court

     Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
     morning at nine oclock
