And now on this day this Cause
came on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
in open Court in his proper person was demanded
how he would acquit himself of the Charge against
him saith that he is guilty as the Indictment
alleges against him

And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he
had anything to say why sentence should not
be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon
the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
of Twenty five ($2500) Dollars together with the
cost of this prosecution -
