Spring Term A.D. 1888
          Wednesday July 25th 1888 -
       State of Florida }
            vs - E      }  Sentence
       Sam Cunningham   }
                         And now the prisoner being
       in open Court for Sentence was demanded if
       he had any thing to say why Sentence should
       not be passed upon him Saith nothing
       Whereupon the Court Sentenced the prisoner to con-
       finement in the County Jail at hard labor for
       the space of Three months

       Robert Perkins   }  And now the Defendant
       being Thrice Called failed to appear and ******
       Whereupon his Sureties were called and Commanded
       to bring the body of the prisoner as they had ob-
       ligated to and failing So to do - The Defendants
       Bond was estreated and Scire Facias ordered
       to issue against the Defendant and his sureties
       returnable to the next term of the Court

       and the Defendants Bond fixed at $100\00

       Andrew Wells     }  And now the prisoner being in
       open Court for sentence was demanded if he
       had anything to say why sentence should not
       be passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon the
       Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of
       Twenty five dollars and the Cost of this prosecution
