And now the prisoner being in
open Court for Sentence was demanded if he had
anything to say why sentence should not be passed
upon him saith nothing whereupon the Court
Sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of twenty Five
dollars and the Cost of this prosecution --

to practice law in the Courts of this State as
provided by the statutes
