Term of our Circuit Court came into open Court
and announced to the Court that they had Elected
B.J. Earle as their foreman
Whereupon the following named persons who
had been duly drawn from the list of Three hun-
dred selected Jurors to Serve as Grand Jurors and
who were duly Sworn and empanelled as Grand
Jurors for this the Fall Term of our Circuit Court

Whereupon the Court having excused J.H. Massey
for good and sufficient Cause shown from further
attendance on this Court as a Grand Juror -
