      Fall Term A.D. 1881
       Tuesday November 29th A.D. 1881
      Term of our Circuit Court came into open Court
      and announced to the Court that they had Elected
      B.J. Earle as their foreman

      Whereupon the following named persons who
      had been duly drawn from the list of Three hun-
      dred selected Jurors to Serve as Grand Jurors and
      who were duly Sworn and empanelled as Grand
      Jurors for this the Fall Term of our Circuit Court
      to wit: 1 B.J. Earle Foreman 2 F.V. Seagle 3 James
      Exley 4. F.B. Dell 5. Wm Breeden 6. A.M. McDavid 7.
      Nathaniel Howland 8 G.W. Snider 9 J.A. Carlton 10.
      Eli Adkins 11 A.L. King 12 J.D. Young 13 J.J. Kennard
      14. P.F. Wilson 15. J.M. Dell 16. Floyd Dukes.

      Whereupon the Court having excused J.H. Massey
      for good and sufficient Cause shown from further
      attendance on this Court as a Grand Juror -

                      And now this Cause is con-
      tinued by Plaintiff
