Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Ten Oclock

The Court met this day his Honor J.J. Finley
Judge presiding

State of Florida }
        vs   E.  }  Sentence
E. Chambers      } and now Comes the prisoner
and asks leave that the Court would Change the
Sentence to pay a Fine of Twenty Five dollars
and the Costs of this prosecution which having
considered the petition doth order that the
prisoner be sentenced to confinement in the
County Jail at hard labor for the space of
one month.

Elijah Gee J.H. Cathcart }
& Shadrick Blake         }
                          And now this Cause came
on to be heard and the Defendants J.H. Cathcart
and Shadrick Blake who had been duly Served
herein failed to appear plead answer or demur
herein It is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Clerk do assess the
Damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed
the damages at Fifty dollars
It is ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the defendants ^J.H. Cathcart & Shadrick Blake the Sum of Fifty dollars
for her damages together with her Costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Nine 08/100 Dollars
and the Defendants in mercy &c
