Thursday July 26th 1888
Who had been duly served herein having failed to plead
answer or Demur herein It is ordered by the Court that
the Plaintiff do have Judgment by default against
the Defendants Frank Dexter and T.J. McRae - and it
appearing to the Court that the Defendants is in-
debted to the Plaintiff in the sum of Fifty dollars -
It is therefore ordered Considered and adjudged by the
Court that the Plaintiff do have and recover of
and from the Defendants Frank Dexter and T.J.
McRae the Sum of Fifty ($5000) Dollars together
with her Costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Twelve 40/100 Dollars

on to be heard and the
defendants Robert Isaac and J.J. Trapp who
had been served herein failed to plead answer
or demur herein It is ordered by the Court that the
Plaintiff do have Judgment by default against
the Defendants Robert Isaac and J.J. Trapp and
it appearing that the Defendants are indebted to
the plaintiff in the Sum of Two hundred and
fifty dollars, It is therefore ordered Considered
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from the defendants
Robert Isaac and J.J. Trapp the Sum of Two
hundred and Fifty ($25000) Dollars together
with her costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Nine 80/100 Dollars --
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
adjudged by the Court that all Causes herein
which have not been otherwise disposed of
be continued generally
Whereupon the Court adjourned Sine die
