Fall Term A.D. 1888
Tuesday December 11th 1888
At a regular Term of the Circuit Court of the Fifth
Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for the County of
Alachua for the Fall Term A.D. 1888 begun and holden
at the Court House in the City of Gainesville in the
County of Alachua the following proceedings were begun
and held to wit
at which was present Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
Alachua County, and E.C. Wimberly Deputy Clerk of this Court
Whereupon His Hon. J.J. Finley Judge of our
Circuit Court having failed to attend the
holding of this term of our Circuit Court
owing to the Epidemic of Yellow Fever pre-
vailing in Gainesville - the Court was
adjourned until tomorrow at Twelve
oclock.
Fall Term A.D. 1888
Wednesday December 12th 1888
The Court was this day opened in due
form at Twelve Oclock
Whereupon the Hon. J.J. Finley Judge having
failed to attend at this time the Court
was adjourned Sine die -
