Spring Term  AD 1889
       Tuesday May 7th 1889 -
Whereupon the Court issued the following
order to wit:
In Circuit Court 5th Judicial Circuit of
           Florida  Alachua County
It having been shown to the Court that
there is a deficiency of Four Jurors to Complete
the panel of the Grand Jury -
            It is therefore ordered that
a Venire Facias be issued out of this Court
under the seal of this our Circuit Court directed
to the Sheriff of Alachua County Commanding him
to forthwith Summon Four (4) good and lawful
men from the body of the County to appear
instanter to Serve as Grand Jurors for this the
Spring Term of our Circuit Court AD 1889
Done in open Court May 7th 1889

Whereupon the Clerk of this Court having
issued the Venire Facias for Four (4) persons
to complete the panel of the Grand Jury as by
the order of the Court Directed
                           Now Comes Sam-
uel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua County and
returns said Venire Facias as having been
executed by Summoning the following named persons
J.H. Jarvis, G.A.M. Rains, L. Drawdy and
Richard Rowe-

And now the Panel of the Grand Jury being
full the Grand Jury in their Box Selected
