       And now Comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of
       Alachua County and returns the Regular Venire
       Facias for the Petit Jury for this the first week
       of the term as being executed by summoning the

       John Vaughn  B.C. Johnson - T.B. Stringfellow -
       W.A. Walters, Wm Adams, C.J. Rivers - F.G. Hagood
       J.H. Bauknight, W.A. Snowden - Wm H. Thompson
       Wm Bates, W.A. Porter  M.D. Granger - and that
A. Sumner Geo W. Boston Jr and C.M. Williford are not to
       be found in the County.

       W.A. Walters, M.D. Grainger - J.H. Bauknight
       and W.A. Snowden from further attendance
