& State of Florida deceased you cause to be made the sum of Three
Thousand Seven hundred and thirty two 73/100 dollars Which James McQueen
lately on the 25th day of June 1867 recovered in our Circuit Court for the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida against Ann L. Dodd as Executrix
of the last will and testament of Samuel R. Pyles late of said County demand
for his damages which he hath sustained by reason of the non perform
ance of certain promises and assumptions of the said Samuel R. Pyles
in his lifetime to the said James McQueen as well as the sum of
ten dollars & 44 Cents for his Costs by him sustained was adjudged in said
suit, together with the lawful interest as damages from the rendition
of said Judgment until paid and the Costs of this writ and of your pro
cedings herein, and that you have the said sum of money before the 
Judge of our said Court at Gainesville when satisfied to under the 
said James McQueen the sum aforesaid and have then and there this Court
Witness S.P. Bevill Clerk of our said Court at Gainesville aforesaid this
the Seventh day of August AD 1867 & 91 years of American Independence

It is further Considered and ordered that this Judgment Nunc pro tunc
and the active orders made upon said motion be spread upon 
the Minutes of the Circuit Court of Alachua County & become a part
