Spring Term AD 1889
Wednesday May 8th 1889 --
B.C. Johnson who were duly sworn and empan-
elled to well and truly try the issues joined according
to the evidence and thereafter after hearing the evidence
retire to consider their Verdict and thereafter on
the same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: We the Jury find for
the Plaintiffs and assess their damages at Four
hundred and Eighty Four 93/100 Dollars so say we
all M.B. Saunders
May 8th 1889 Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and
recover of and from the Defendants the
Sum of Four hundred and Eighty Four 93/100
($ 484 93/100 Dollars for their damages together with
their Costs in this behalf expended taxed at
Twelve 32/100 ($ 1232) Dollars and the Defendants in
mercy &C -
