Spring Term A.D. 1889
           Thursday May 9th 1889 -
       on yesterday to consider of their verdict
       to wit Wm Thompson Wm Bates, W.A. Porter
       W.G. Shehee C.D. Wood and C.M. Weeks -
       and now Comes the Jury aforesaid and
       renders the following verdict to wit:-
       In the Circuit Court Fifth Judicial Circuit
       of Florida Alachua County Spring Term 1889 -
       James Burnett }
               vs    }  Ejectment
       James Cellon  }
                         We the Jury find the
       defendant guilty and that the plaintiff
       is the owner in fee simple title and is entitled to
       the possession of the land mentioned in the
       declaration viz the following described lands
       The North half of lot one in section one
       Township Eight South Range Nineteen East and
       lot Seven in section six Township Eight South
       Range Twenty East situated lying and being
       in Alachua County Florida   W. Bates
                                        Foreman
       Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
       by the Court that the Plaintiff is entitled to
       the possession in fee of the following described
       lands sued for herein to wit: The North half
       of lot one (1) in section one (1) Township Eight
       (8) South Range Nineteen East and lot Seven
       in Section six (6) Township Eight (8) South Range
       Twenty (20) East it is further ordered Considered
       and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
       do have his writ of Haben Facias possessionem
       and that he do have and recover of and from
       the defendant his costs in this behalf ex-
       pended taxed at Eleven             Dollars
       and Eighty --- Cents -
