        Spring Term  AD 1889
            Thursday May 9th 1889-
        entitled to the possession of the land des-
        cribed in the Declaration to wit: The North
        West Quarter of The North West Quarter of
        Section Twenty Five (25) Township Seven (7) South
        Range Nineteen (19) East Situated and
        lying in Alachua County Florida
                            M.B. Saunders
                                    Foreman
        Whereupon it is ordered Considered and
        adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
        is entitled to the possession in fee of the
        following described lands sued for herein -
        to wit: The North West Quarter of the North
        West Quarter of Section Twenty Five (25)
        Township Seven (7) South Range Nineteen (19)
        East, It is further ordered Considered and
        adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff
        do have his writ Habere Facias Possessioneum
        and that the the Plaintiff do have and recover
        of and from the Defendant his Costs in
        this behalf expended taxed Fourteen 70/100
        Dollars

        open Court by their respective attorneys
        and now comes the Defendants by their 
        attorney and in open Court withdraws their plea
        filed herein Whereupon a Jury was called 
        and there came - M.B. Saunders  John Vaughn
