Whereupon the Clerk now issues the Venire Facias
as by the Court directed -

of Johnson & King } Action on

The Florida Southern Railway Company } Davis

} And now the
parties plaintiffs and Defendant being in open
Court by their respective attorneys likewise the
Jury who had been duly Sworn and empanelled
herein on yesterday to wit:- Wm H. Thompson
Wm Bates W.A. Porter M.B. Saunders John Vaughn
B.C. Johnson and thereafter hearing the balance
of the evidence and the Charge of the Court retired
to consider of their Verdict and thereafter on
the Same day returned into open Court
and rendered the following Verdict to wit:-
We the Jury find the defendant Guilty and assess the
Plaintiffs damages at Three hundred and Ten 88/100
Dollars so say we all M.B. Saunders
May 10th 1889 - Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged by
the Court that the Plaintiffs do have and recover of
and from the Defendant the sum of Three hundred
and Ten 88/100 Dollars for their damages together
with their Costs in this behalf expended taxed
at Eleven 57/100 Dollars
