The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment
of Saturday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding
And
   Now comes Samuel H. Wienges and returns the
Venire Facias for the Pettit Jury for the second
week of this term as being executed by Summoning
W.H. Harrison, J.H. Avera Jr. J.H. Stokes, W.M. Knox - D.
Hicks - R.C. Bennett, J.W. Carter, Wm N. Gillett, H.N.
Bryan, W.D. Bailey, Wm M. Avent, A.C. Beckham
T.L. Brown_ D.C. Fink, James McCredie, L.F. Osteen
& J.R. Little and that J.J. Moody was not to be found
in the County
Whereupon
     The Court for good Cause shown excused

Credie - L.F. Osteen and J.R. Little from further atten-
dence on the Court
Whereupon
      The Grand Jury Came into open Court and
