Cornelius Lowry } and about his person
And now this cause came
on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the authority
of the State of Florida and the prisoner ap-
pearing in open Court in his own proper person
was arraigned and upon his arraignment saith
that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
against him

Cornelius Lowry }
} And now the prisoner Cor-
nelius Lowry being in open Court for sentence
was demanded if he had anything to say why
sentence should not be passed upon him
saith nothing Whereupon the Court sentenced
the prisoner Cornelius Lowry to confinement in
the County Jail at hard labor for the space of
six months -
