Spring Term A.D. 1889
              Monday May 13th 1889 -
       State of Florida }  Wigg
# 37          vs        }  Breaking and entering a building in
       Henry Cutler and }  day time with intent to commit a
       Morris Crocket   }  misdemeanor
                        } And now this Cause Came on 
       to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney pros-
       ecuting in the name and by the authority of
       the State of Florida and the prisoners appearing
       in open Court in their own respective person 
       were each demanded how they would acquit 
       themselves of the Charge against them saith 
       each for himself that they are not guilty as 
       the Indictment alleges against them and for 
       good and evil they put themselves upon God 
       and the Country for trial -

       Madison Douglass }  
                        } And now this Cause came
       on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority
       of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing 
       in open Court in his own proper person was demanded
       how he would acquit himself of the Charge against 
       him saith that he is not guilty as the Indictment 
       alleges against him and for good and evil he
       puts himself upon God and the Country for trial -

# 40          vs               } Braking and entering a building 
       William Canty, Anderson } night time with intent to 
       Williams William Parrey } commit a felony
       Henry Haile             } And now this Cause Came
       on to be heard and the Same is Continued
       as to Anderson Williams and a Severance as
       to Anderson Williams and William Parrey was
       granted  and Williams
