Spring Term A.D. 1889
             Tuesday May 14th 1889 -
       in open Court for sentence was demanded if he
       had anything to say why sentence should
       not be passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon
       the Court Sentenced the prisoner to Confinement
       in the County Jail at hard labor for the space
       of Two months

       Whereupon the Court sentenced Cilla Butler
       to pay the Cost of attachment against him

       Whereupon J. Heyman was sentenced to pay
       a Fine of Two 50/100 Dollars and the Cost
       of attachment against him

       Whereupon Robert Williams was sentenced to pay
       a fine of Two Dollars and the Cost of the
       Attachment against him

       Whereupon T.C. Gass Jr. was Sentenced to pay a
       fine of Two Dollars and the Cost of the
       attachment against him -

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
       morning at nine oclock -

             Wednesday May 15th 1889
       The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment
       of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding

       State of Florida }  Wigg

       Arch Green       }  his person
                          And now this Cause came
       on to be heard Wm H. Wigg State attorney prosecu-
       ting in the name and by the authority of the
       State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
       open Court in his own proper person was arraigned
       and upon his arraignment saith that he is guilty as
       the Indictment alleges against him
       Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay
       a fine of Ten Dollars and the Cost of this
       prosecution --
