on to be heard William H. Wigg State Attorney
prosecuting in the name and by the Authority of the
State of Florida and the Prisoner Peter Jackson being
in open Court in his own proper person as well as by
his attorneys - L.E. Lambeth and W.W. Hampton, Whereupon a
Jury was called and then came J.H. Avera Jr.
J.H. Stokes and W.D. Bailey and now the regular
venire is exhausted.
