and there came as Jurors in this cause J.H. Avera Jr.
J.H. Stokes, W.D. Bailey - E. Sparkman S.D. Thomas
M.G. Schuck W.B. Lewis John J. Moore, Geo C.
Snowden, Geo K. Broome - C.J. Mixson and F.H.
Clyatt And now Comes the States attorney and
challenges J.H. Avera Jr and J.H. Stokes as Jurors in
this Cause before they are sworn in ***** - and now
there came as Jurors in this cause W.D. Bailey
E. Sparkman S.D. Thomas, M.G. Schenck W.B.
Lewis John J. Moore Geo C. Snowden Geo K. Broome
C.J. Mixson F.H. Clyatt, J.J. Stroud and C.F. Jolly -
(the latter of which said Jurors was summoned from
the bystanders - ) who were duly sworn and empan-
elled to well and truly try and true deliverance
make between the State of Florida and the prisoners
at the bar according to the evidence - and
now comes William H. Wigg States attorney and
enters a Nole Prosequi as to Hart Johnson in
this cause - and the Jury aforesaid after hearing
a part of the evidence -
Whereupon James Love and W.B. Sadler were each
Sworn as Bailiff to Jury in the case of the
State of Florida vs Peter Jackson - the said
Bailiffs being duly Sworn after the empanelling
of said Jury -
Whereupon
the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at half past Eight oclock -

The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment
of yesterday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge
presiding =
Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
Court and rendered the following Indictments
