       Whereupon the Court interrogated the Grand
       Jury if they were content that the Court
       should alter a matter of form and not a matter
       of substance to which they assented -

       State of Florida }  Wigg
# 57            vs      }  Having a weapon concealed
       Frank Franklin   }  on or about his person
                            And now this cause came
       on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority
       of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing
       in open Court in his own proper person was
       arraigned and upon his arraignment saith
       that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against him

       Frank Franklin   } and now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded if
       he had anything to say why sentence should not
       be passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon
       the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
       of ten dollars and the Cost of this prosecution

       Simon Lemon      }  and now the prisoner being
       in open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
       any thing to say why sentence should not be
       passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon the
       Court sentenced the prisoner to confinement at
       hard labor in the County Jail for Two months -
