The Court met this day pursuant to adjournment
of Saturday His Honor J.J. Finley Judge presiding -
And now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff of Alachua
County and returns the Venire Facias for the Pettit
Jury for the 3rd week of this Term as having
been duly executed by summoning - P.B.H. Dudley
J.H. Waters T.B. Smith H. Levy S.O. Zetrouer - T.G. White
Jos E. Waugh W.W. Carter W.H.H. Folk - Samuel Abbott
& J.A. Bradshaw & D.C. Hart Jr.
W.A. Jernigan, Martin Huggins^and that B.F. Mason
Warren Brooks J.R. Emerson Stewart St. Clair were
not to be found in the County
Whereupon
the Court for good Cause shown excused
P.B.H. Dudley D.C. Hart Jr - Jos E. Waugh W.A.
Jernigan and J.A. Bradshaw from further
attendance on the Court -
Whereupon the Court sentenced Jack Tillman to
pay a fine of Two dollars together with the Costs
of the attachment against him
Whereupon
The Court Sentenced Bill Johnson to pay a
fine of Two dollars together with the costs of
the attachment against him
Whereupon
The Court sentenced Mingo Frazier
to pay a fine of Two dollars together with the
Costs of the attachment against him -

W.W. Scott } and about his person
} And now on this day this
cause came on to be heard William H. Wigg
State attorney prosecuting in the name and by the
authority of the State of Florida and now comes
the Defendant herein and enters his plea of
Guilty to the Indictment in this Cause
