       Whereupon the Court interrogated the Grand Jury
       if they were content that the Court should alter
       a matter of form and not a matter of sub-
       stance to which they assented.

       Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open
       Court and rendered no Bills in the following
       Cases to wit
