       Spring Term   A.D. 1889
             Monday May 27th 1889 -
       T.J. Knight  J.C. Bauknight  E.K. Fagan  W.N. Wilson
       J.H. Harrison  J.T. Price  Julius Stark and that
       W.T. Prescott Samuel Rodgers  S.P. Thomas  George
       G. Dell  Joseph Howell and J.M. Quarterman were
       not to be found in the County

       Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown
       excused S.J. Kennard Jr. and W.N. Wilson from
       further attendance on the Court.

       And now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff
       and returns the Venire Facias for the Pettit
       Jury for the 4th Week of this Term as having
       been executed by summoning J.H. Vidal, W.J.
       McCormick  L.E. Mean  E.A. Jeffords, J.I.
       Roberts, H.F. Richardson J.T. Mizell F.X. Miller
       Benj H. Kaul  A.J. Shuford  W.D. Wells  Geo N. Van-
       landingham  A.H. Emmerson  W.D. Seigler D.A. Moody
       S.J. Sikes and that C.P. Richardson and W.H.
       Rhoads are not to be found in the County -

       Whereupon the Court Excused W.J. McCormick
       from further attendance upon the Court he being
       sick

       Isaac Montgomery }             Finley
                        }
                                 And now William H.
       Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the name
       and by the authority of the State of Florida and
       the prisoner Isaac Montgomery being in open
       Court in his own proper person as well as by his
       attorney S.Y. Finley as likewise the Jurors who had
       been selected herein on the 24th Instant to wit
       J.H. Waters  T.G. White, W.W. Carter, W.H.H. Folk  Martin
       Huggins the hearing of this Cause was resumed
       and there came J.H. Waters - T.G. White  W.W. Carter
       W.H.H. Folk Martin Huggins, James Croxton, J.D.
       Martin, J.B. Davis, W.J.G. Adams, W.K. Boston
       Osborne Ellis, W.W. Mott and now comes
       William H. Wigg States attorney and challenges
       T.G. White and W.H.H. Folk as Jurors in this Cause
       before they were sworn in ***** and now there
