came as Jurors in this cause J.H. Waters W.W.
Carter, Martin Huggins James Croxton, J.D. Martin
J.B. Davis, W.J.G. Adams, W.K. Boston, Osborn Ellis
W.W. Mott, J.G. Hodges, J.I. Roberts who were
duly Sworn and empanelled to well and truly
try and true deliverance make between the State
of Florida and the prisoner at the bar accor-
ding to the evidence and thereafter after
hearing a part of the evidence.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
tomorrow morning at nine oclock

The Court met this day pursuant to

state attorney prosecuting in the name and
by the authority of the State of Florida and
also the Prisoner Isaac Montgomery being in
open Court in his own proper person as well
as by his attorney S.Y. Finley Esqr as likewise
the Jury who had been duly sworn and empan-
elled in this cause on yesterday to wit: J.H. Waters
W.W. Carter, Martin Huggins James Croxton J.D.
Martin J.B. Davis, W.J.G. Adams W.K. Boston
Osborn Ellis W.W. Mott J.G. Hodges J.I. Roberts
being in open Court the hearing of this Cause was
resumed and the Jury aforesaid after hearing
the balance of the evidence
Whereupon the adjourned until tomorrow morning at
nine oclock
