       Tom Dee          } Fildes & Sanchez
                        } And now this Cause came
       on to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney
       prosecuting in the name and by the authority
       of the State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
       open Court in his own proper person as well as by
       his attys was demanded how he would acquit himself
       of the Charge against him saith that he is not
       guilty as the Indictment alleges against him
       and for good and evil he puts himself upon God
       and the County for trial -

# 75          vs        }  Willfully and maliciously Killing
       Cain Mack        }  of a beast of another
                        }  And now this Cause came on
       to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecu-
       ting in the name and by the authority of the
       State of Florida and the prisoner appearing in
       open Court in his own proper person as well as
       by his atty was demanded how he would acquit
       himself of the Charge against him saith that
       he is not guilty as the Indictment alleges
       against him and for good and evil he
       puts himself upon God and the Country for
       trial -

       Primus Weeks     } And now this Cause is nol prossed
                         by the State -

       Prince Young     }  And now this Cause is
                           dismissed upon the Defendant
       paying the cost of this prosecution and taking
       out license

       Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow mrng
       at nine oclock
