        Friday May 31st 1889 -
     labor for the term of Seven years

     State of Florida }
            vs        }  Sentence
     Tom Williams     }
                    And now the prisoner being
     in open Court for sentence was demanded
     if he had any thing to say why sentence
     should not be passed upon him saith
     nothing whereupon the Court sentenced the
     prisoner to confinement in the County Jail
     at hard labor for the term of Three months -

     State of Florida }

     Isaac Montgomery }
                    And now the prisoner being
     in open Court for sentence was demanded
     if he had any thing to say why sentence
     should not be passed upon him saith
     nothing Whereupon the Court sentenced the
     prisoner at hard labor for the term of
     Two years -

                        } And now on this day this
     cause came in to be heard William H. Wigg
     State attorney prosecuting in the name
     and by the authority of the State of Florida
     and the prisoner appearing in open Court
     in his own proper person as well as by
     his attorneys saith that he new with-
     draws his plea of not guilty entered herein
     on the 30th Inst and saith that he is
     guilty of Pettit Larceny
