Monday June 3rd 1889 -
he had anything to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing, Whereupon the Court
sentenced the prisoner to confinement in the County
Jail at hard labor for the term of Three months

} And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he had
anything to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing Whereupon the
Court sentenced the prisoner to be confined in
the County jail at hard labor for the term of
Three months. This sentence to take effect after
the expiration of sentence heretofore passed in
# 84 -
Whereupon the Court issued the following order
to wit
In Circuit Court 5th Judicial Circuit
of Florida Alachua County
State of Florida }
vs } Murder
Tennison Hook }
} It appearing to the Court
that it is necessary to have ^Jurors in addition to the
regular panel for this week for the trial of this Cause
It is ordered that a special venirie of fifty persons
shall be selected by lot under the immediate super-
vision of the Court from the whole undrawn
list of Jurors of the County returnable Wednesday
the 5th inst at 9-oclock AM for the trial of the
above stated Cause
