       Spring Term  A.D. 1889
           Monday June 3rd 1889 -
       State of Florida }
# 11          vs        }
       James Dubose     }
                        }  And now the defendant is
       thrice called and failed to answer whereupon
       his bond was estreated and Scire facias
       ordered against the Defendant and his sureties
       and alias capias ordered.

# 18          vs        }  Larceny of a Domestic Animal
       Warren Wilson    }  Sanchez
                           And now this Cause came on to
       be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
       in the name and by the authority of the State of
       Florida and the prisoner appearing in open
       Court in his own proper person as well as by his
       Attorney E.C.F. Sanchez Esqr was demanded how
       he would acquit himself of the Charge against
       him saith that he is not guilty as the Indictment
       alleges against him and for good and evil he
       puts himself upon God and the Country for trial
       Whereupon a Jury was called and there came
       E.T. Finkley L.L. Hill J.E. Hill W.J. Hutchinson
       John A. Goodson Leonard Guthrey who were duly
       Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
       difference pending and thereafter after hearing a
       part of the evidence and now Comes William
       H. Wigg State attorney and Consents that the
       Jury shall render a verdict of not Guilty in
       this Cause Whereupon the rendered from the
       Jury box the following verdict to wit:- We the
       Jury find the prisoner not guilty
