Will I. Tutt } And now this cause came on to
be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting
in the name and by the authority of the State of Florida
and now the prosecution as to Will I. Tutt is abated by
the Death of the said Will I. Tutt, Whereupon comes
William H. Wigg State attorney and dismisses this pros-
ecution as to L.I. Densler and now the prisoner
F.E. Culverhouse being in open Court in his own
proper person was arraigned and upon his ar-
raignment saith that he is guilty as the Indictment
alleges against him

And now the prisoner being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if
he had any thing to say why sentence should
not be passed upon him saith nothing whereupon
the Court sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine
of One hundred Dollars together with the Cost
of this prosecution
