had anything to say why sentence should not be
passed upon him saith nothing whereupon the Court
sentenced the prisoner to pay a fine of one hundred
Dollars together with the costs of this prosecution

And now this Cause came on to
to be heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in the
name and by the authority of the State of Florida and
the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own proper
person was arraigned and upon his arraignment saith
that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges against him

Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything
to Say why sentence should not be passed upon him
saith nothing, Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
to pay a fine of Two hundred and fifty dollars
together with the Costs of this prosecution
