arraignment saith that he is guilty of assault

And now the prisoner being in open
Court for sentence was demanded if he had any thing
to say why sentence should not be passed upon
him saith nothing whereupon the Court sentenced the
prisoner to pay a fine of One Dollar together with
the cost of this prosecution -

heard William H. Wigg State attorney prosecuting in
the name and by the authority of the State of Florida and
the prisoner appearing in open Court in his own proper
person was arraigned and upon his arraignment
saith that he is guilty as the Indictment alleges
against him
