Spring Term A.D. 1889 ---
     Friday June 7th 1889 --
Summon the Eighteen persons so drawn said Venire to be
returnable on Monday the 10th day of June A.D. 1889
at the time of Ten Oclock of the forenoon of said
day Done in open Court  June 7th 1889

Whereupon
       the Court adjourned until Monday
morning at Ten oclock

Spring Term A.D. 1889
   Monday May 10th 1889 -
The Court met this day His Honor J.J.
Finley Judge presiding

And now comes Samuel H. Wienges Sheriff
of Alachua County and returns the Venire
Facias for the Pettit Jury for this the 6th
week of this term of the Court as having
been duly executed by summoning Thos
Williams  R.A. Coulter  S.B. Torlay  M. Shiretzki
R.W. Campbell  W.P. Shettleworth  W.R. Carter
C.C. Pedrick  Marcus Endel  H.G. Jeffords
F.E. Cellon  J.A. Simonton  Louis T. Roux  J.E.
Haynesworth and that A.J. York  W.T. Kirtten
B. Thomas  Robt Mixson  were not to be
found on the County

Whereupon the Court for good Cause shown
excused Thos Williams  H.G. Jeffords and
Louis T. Roux from further attendance
on the Court

came on to be heard and the Plaintiff
being in open Court by his attorney and
the defendant saying nothing in bar
or preclusion of the Plaintiffs right to recover
