Spring Term A.D. 1889
Tuesday June 11th 1889 -
on yesterday to wit: - R.A. Coulter S.B. Torlay R.W.-
Campbell C.C. Pedrick F.E. Cellon J.E. Haynesworth
the hearing of this Cause was resumed and the
Jury aforesaid after hearing the balance of the
argument and the charge of the Court retired
to consider of their Verdict and thereafter on the
Same day returned into open Court and rendered
the following verdict to wit: -
Gainesville Fla June 11th 1889
We the Jury find a verdict in favor of defendant
Robt W. Campbell
Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have and
recover of and from the Plaintiff the sum of
Dollars and
cents in this behalf expended for Costs
in this behalf expended -

day this Cause Came on to be heard and the
parties plaintiffs and defendant being in
open Court by their respective attorneys and now
the issues being joined a Jury was called and
there came W.P. Shuttleworth W.R. Carter M.G.
McCarroll J.G. Dampier James Pardue
John R. Zetrouer who were duly sworn and
empanelled to well and truly try the issues
joined according to the evidence and thereafter
after hearing the evidence the argument
and the charge of the Court retired to Consider
of their Verdict and thereafter on the same
day returned into open Court and rendered the
following verdict to wit:- We the Jury find for the
Defendant M.G. McCarroll
June 11th 1889 - Foreman
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Defendant do have and
recover of and from the Plaintiff the sum
