Thursday June 13th 1889 -
W.R. Carter and J.R. Haynesworth - and now comes the
Jury aforesaid and in open Court renders the
following verdict to wit: - Gainesville Fla June 12th 1889
We the Jury find Verdict in favor of Plaintiff
Robt W. Campbell
Forwman -
Whereupon it is ordered Considered and adjudged
by the Court that the Motion herein made to
dissolve the attachment in this cause is
hereby overruled - It is further ordered Considered
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiffs
do have and recover of and from the defendant
the sum of Dollars and
Cents for their costs in this behalf expended

And now this cause came
on to be heard and the Parties plaintiff
and defendant being in open Court by their
respective attorneys and the issues being joined
a Jury was called and there came S.B. Torlay
C.C. Pedrick F.E. Cellon J.A. Simonton J.E.
Haynesworth W.K. Bartleson who were duly
Sworn and empanelled to well and truly try the
issues joined according to the evidence and
thereafter after hearing a part of the evidence
Whereupon the Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at nine oclock
